Patricia A. Dulinski, Esq.
Owner
Patricia A. Dulinski earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in June 2000 and has dedicated more than two decades to the practice of family law. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Union County Bar Association, and has served as a panelist for the Early Settlement Panel Program in both Union and Monmouth Counties.
From 2017 through 2025, Ms. Dulinski was honored as one of the Best Lawyers for Families, reflecting her longstanding commitment to excellence in family law. She has authored and published work for the NBI Institute, as well as a case note and article in the Seton Hall Law Review. In addition, she has presented numerous seminars throughout New Jersey on various aspects of divorce and family law.
In addition, Ms. Dulinski previously served as a Law Guardian, representing children in matters involving the Division of Child Protection & Permanency (DCP&P). This experience provided her with invaluable insight into the child welfare system and a deep understanding of how courts evaluate the best interests of children. She draws upon that perspective when representing parents and families involved with DCP&P, offering knowledgeable, strategic advocacy grounded in both legal experience and a genuine commitment to protecting children’s well-being.
With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Dulinski is focused on achieving thoughtful, effective outcomes for families navigating difficult transitions. She is committed to developing creative strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, with the protection and well-being of children always at the forefront. Her goal is to resolve matters in a way that leaves families in a stronger position for the future.
Laurie J. Madziar, Esq.
Laurie J. Madziar earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law in May 2003 and is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. She has been practicing law in New Jersey for more than 20 years and has been a member of the New York Bar since 2004.
Ms. Madziar is a published contributor to the Women’s Rights Law Reporter and has lectured on family law and adoption law topics for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. She also serves as a panelist for the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Programs in Morris and Warren Counties, assisting parties in reaching thoughtful and practical resolutions.
In addition, Ms. Madziar has developed a particular focus on adoption and surrogacy matters. She is passionate about helping families grow and guiding intended parents through the legal complexities of private adoption and assisted reproduction arrangements. With careful attention to detail and a deep understanding of the legal requirements involved, she works to ensure that parental rights are clearly established and protected from the outset.
Recognized for her dedication to families, Ms. Madziar was voted “Best Lawyers for Families” by NJ Family Magazine in 2019, 2020, and 2021. She is highly skilled in handling complex family law matters, including cases involving parental alienation, disparagement, protective orders, and intricate financial support issues. Taylor A. Mitchell
Senior Paralegal / Office Manager
Taylor Mitchell serves as the firm’s Senior Paralegal and brings more than fifteen years of experience in the legal field. She previously worked for the New Jersey Superior Court as a Judicial Secretary in both the Family and Civil Divisions, providing her with valuable insight into court procedures and the inner workings of the judicial system.
Ms. Mitchell has extensive experience assisting with a wide range of family law matters, including child abuse and neglect cases, divorce, child custody, child support, and related issues. Her thorough understanding of complex family court proceedings allows her to provide attentive, organized, and compassionate support to both the attorneys and the families they represent.
Prior to entering the legal field, Ms. Mitchell served for nearly a decade as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of one of the largest independent wholesalers in the New York tri-state area. This background strengthened her organizational skills, professionalism, and ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
Ms. Mitchell graduated Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Psychology with the goal of becoming a parent coordinator and mediator. By furthering her education in both law and behavioral science, she aims to deepen her ability to support families navigating conflict, promote healthier co-parenting relationships, and contribute meaningfully to resolution-focused family law practice.
